I look
after approximately 80 Financial Institution clients in Benelux and
work to ensure their daily operational issues are resolved in a
timely manner.
What do enjoy most about your job?
I love
daily client contact in both French and German, and the ability to
work under my own autonomy.
What other skills and qualities do you
need?
To do my job you need to be professional,
dynamic, a quick learner, able to work under stress, have strong
language skills (for my region), be a team player and have very
good client service skills.
What's a typical day for you?
There is no
typical day so I have lots of variety; however I would expect to
deal with at least 35 client issues per day, which keeps me
very busy.
