Translator tools

Translator tools

These make it really easy to get an idea of what foreign language websites have to say. Don’t think of the Internet as an English language medium, because most of it isn’t. Try search engines from different countries to get you started, and plug in the foreign language words you are interested in.

For example:

www.google.fr (France)
www.google.de (Germany)
www.google.it (Italy)
www.google.es (Spain)

Remember: these tools translate automatically with no human involvement. Like a bad translator, it will misunderstand words but should help you get the gist. Human, professional involvement is always needed to ensure the accuracy of any translation.
