Online entry
As video files are too large for us to receive as attachments, you should use a file sharing website. All sites use the same simple process, though the order of steps may vary from site to site.
NB. We are unable to accept any videos sent in as email attachments.
1) Go to www.mailbigfile.com, www.yousendit.com or www.bigupload.com.
2) Enter our email in recipients email, in this case: competitions@languageswork.org.uk
3) Click on browse to find the video clip on your disk/computer.
4) Enter your email address.
5) Fill out a message; this should be the title of the clip and contact name that you have entered on the individual or group online form.
6) Click send.
Please be aware that video clips may take a while to upload.
Once the file has been uploaded an email will be sent to CILT giving us a link to collect your clip. When this has happens you will also be sent a confirmation email.
