Prizes
There are some fantastic prizes on offer, including a state of the art video camera and trips to Spain and Germany. Winners will also have their clips screened in prestigious London venues like the Instituto Cervantes, the Goethe Institut and the Institut Français.
All winners will be invited to attend a celebrity award ceremony in 2008, where the winning clips will be shown. Reasonable travel expenses will be paid.
Runners up will receive goodie bags of t-shirts, baseball caps, pens, etc, and might even be lucky enough to get an invite to the ceremony!
List of prizes:
- Four return Eurostar tickets to Paris, donated by Eurostar
- One-week French and surfing course in Biarritz, comprising 20 hours of French lessons and 10 hours surfing lessons. The prize includes half-board accommodation with a host family in Biarritz. This prize is donated by Cactus Language.
- Trip to Castile y Leon, Spain, for 2 adults and 4 students. This prize is donated by the Castile y Leon regional government with complimentary flights provided by the Spanish Tourist Office.
- PopKultur trip to Germany for 4 students. This prize is donated by the Goethe Institute and includes tickets to a pop concert and a chance to meet a German pop group backstage.
- Two prizes of iPod Classics and vouchers of £150 to spend on Apple products. These prizes are jointly donated by the French Embassy and Apple.
- Canon DM – XM2 video camcorder
