Many websites provide information, advice and guidance to graduates. Probably the best known is Graduate Prospects, which also has a job search facility:

Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services (AGCAS)
With the support of Graduate Prospects, AGCAS publish ‘Using Languages’ which is available at every careers advisory service in the UK and is endorsed by Languages Work. AGCAS also produces a factsheet called ‘Your degree in foreign languages … what next?’
